ADA SERENI: THE LADY IN THE BLACK DRESS (Israel, 2025/Documentary, 58 minutes/Hebrew w/subtitles/Written and directed by Noa Aharoni): Ada Sereni was the only woman to lead the Mossad Le'Aliza Bet (precursor of Israel's spy agency, the Mossad) in its mission to facilitate clandestine Jewish immigration into Palestine during the British Mandate. While 28,000 Holocaust survivors were smuggled into Palestine to begin new lives, Ada herself was erased from the pages of history; The Lady in the Black Dress aims to restore her rightful place in the historical narrative.
OZ'S LIST (Israel, 2025/Documentary, 59 minutes/Hebrew w/ subtitles/Script by Yossi Eli/Directed by Gidi Maron): Armed only with a handgun, Oz Davidian braved the Hamas attack on the Nova Festival on October 7, 2023, driving through the chaos to make 15 daring rescues and save 120 lives.
